We work closely with a number of local artisan suppliers to bring our guest locally sourced, interesting and varied dishes centred around a Scottish style of cuisine. With regularly changing menus, an exceptional wine list, stylish décor and warm, friendly staff no1 is a great place to meet whether it be coffee and a bacon roll in the morning, a quick business lunch or a three course evening meal.
